More than meets the eye
So I had to drop by the storage place nearby, and after I was done I decided to satisfy my sushi craving at Samurai Sushi. I had my doubts because the restaurant is located right next to a Days Inn, but I was pleasantly surprised. I went on a sat afternoon and not only was the restaurant much larger than I expected, it was also much busier. All rolls and nigiri pieces I ordered were very fresh and the amaebi(sweet shrimp) was the biggest I've ever been served. The service was great and I really couldn't have asked for a better meal.

Best sushi
Since my husband is a big chirashi fanatic, no other place can serve it up like samurai. We have eaten at so many other sushi places in the Sacramento and bay areas and the chirashi at Samurai always has generous portions of fresh sashimi and other ingredients. The maki and nigiri that I have had there has always been very tasty and delicious! we consider samurai our favorite sushi place in Sacramento and we recommend this place to all our friends and family members. The service is always great there as well! the only thing I wouldn't order on the menu is the teri-chicken. This is a sushi place and if you want teri-chicken, eat at a place that specializes in teriyaki.
